What information do we collect?

Information collected during an Interview by using our apps, such as IntellScreen, IntelliCast, or a IntelliView will only be shared with the employer that you are applying for.

5. To send periodic emails
The email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc.

How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to?keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be kept on file for more than 60 days.

Do we use cookies?

Updating, Correcting, and Deleting Data Controlled by Our Customers

IntelliHire has no direct relationship with the individual employees and job-seekers whose personal data it processes on our behalf of our customers. Individuals applying for jobs with employers that are IntelliHire customers have an account set up under their email address that associates all applications for that individual with that email address. The individual can access their account at the Site and transmit requests to the employers to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data in an application. The employer is responsible for complying with the individual’s request. If you are an employee or job-seeker and would no longer like to be contacted by a particular employer or employers, please contact them directly to resolve your concern.

PLEASE NOTE: By requesting the deletion of your Personal Data, you will no longer be able to apply using IntelliHire with the same email address.

If you use IntelliHire for an application or take any other action on the Site in question using the same email address associated with your deletion request, you may not receive certain communications associated with those actions from the Site in question or other users of that Site.

Updating, Correcting and Deleting Data Controlled by IntelliHire

Where IntelliHire has collected data from you on its own behalf (for example you have applied for a job with IntelliHire, or you provided your information to IntelliHire in your use of the Site) you may request to review, correct, or request the deletion of any of your personal data that was provided. We will respond to your request within 30 days. Please note that before we act on your request we must verify your identity to ensure that the request comes from the individual whose data we hold. Further, we may retain a copy of your data to the extent allowed by applicable law.

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
